Shannon Olcese

Shannon Olcese began her real estate career in 1995 as an independent broker with a national firm. After stepping away to raise her family and work as a loan processor, she returned to real estate full time—first joining a team, then managing her own, before transitioning into leadership as a managing broker in 2016. Since joining Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) in 2022, her role has evolved from managing broker to leading the talent acquisition team, and now, as vice president of sales. She also proudly serves on RSIR's Executive Team. Drawing upon three decades of experience in the industry, Shannon has developed a reputation for operational excellence and strategic insight, balancing strength and empathy in negotiations with a demonstrated track record of successful transactions and conflict resolution.

She often says that in real estate, problem-solving has become an art form— and she brings that mindset to every challenge she takes on.
