Kelly Mann
VICE PRESIDENT, DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY at REALOGICS SOTHEBY’S INTERNATIONAL REALTY
Kelly Mann brings together property owners, developers, and investors to catalyze innovative, value-creating developments across Washington State and beyond.
Her advisory and brokerage work builds on 20+ years in commercial real estate, first as a land use attorney representing developers to bring their vision to life. As the inaugural executive director for Urban Land Institute Northwest, she tracked development trends and consumer preferences and built relationships with the most talented developers, designers, elected officials, planning directors, and development advisors across North America. To optimize development potential for each project, Kelly and her team tap into data-driven research and trusted relationships with the region’s foremost experts to ensure that the development aligns with the client’s objectives and serves emerging lifestyle preferences – where the market is heading, not just where the market has been.
Kelly did this at the Urban Land Institute for cities and agencies across Washington State, Oregon, and Alaska; now, she is working with developers, family offices, and institutions to create places that generate momentum, attract buyers, and provide unrivaled experiences for end users.
She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from JD, Cornell Law School, Johns Hopkins University.
