Dehlan Gwo

As Vice President of New Developments at Realogics Sotheby's International Realty, Dehlan and his team lead the marketing, sales, and project design of the most innovative new developments in Seattle and across the Pacific Northwest. Before rejoining RSIR, Dehlan served as Director of a prominent international real estate development firm, leading the delivery of some of the most successful high-rise condominium, residential, and mixed-use projects in the region. His industry experience spans project marketing, finance, strategy, and leadership in the built environments, from Asia to the West Coast of North America. Dehlan is a proud "Double Dawg" graduate of the University of Washington, with degrees from the Foster School of Business and the Runstad Department’s Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE).
