Dean Jones is a 30-year veteran of market research, design and development, marketing, and sales experience and is the primary strategist behind numerous Pacific Northwest development success stories. Drawing upon his own developer pedigree, Dean is the founder and CEO of Realogics and Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, a collective of more than 275 licensed real estate professionals and staff members with direct oversight of more than $21 billion in career transactions as a general brokerage over the past 15 years. Along the way, Dean and his clients have garnered more than 150 regional national awards in design, sales, and marketing excellence, including “Developer of the Year” in 2001 and “Marketing Director of the Year” in 2003 and "Attached Community of the Year" five times by National Association of Homebuilders. His full-service brokerage is consistently ranked by the Puget Sound Business Journal among "Largest Residential Real Estate Firms"; "Fastest-Growing Private Companies"; "Largest Family-Owned Companies"; and in 2020, he was recognized personally for “100 Most Influential People” in 2020.

Dean is a regular contributor to local and national media stories on macroeconomic trends and in-city development, the founder of the FutureCast Forum, and a proud sponsor of numerous industry events for over two decades. As an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the Downtown Seattle Association, Dean gives back to the community, and he's been a frequent instructor for the University of Washington Commercial Real Estate program in the field of condominium and mixed-use development.
