A Seattle native, Carese began her career at her father’s mortgage brokerage firm at 19 years old and achieved the American dream when she bought her first home at 18 years old. To Carese, a first-time homebuyer is as important as an experienced investor, and she earns her client’s trust by providing a high level of expertise and experience. For the past 24 years, Carese's passion for the mortgage business has been fueled by sincere interest in her clients, and dedication to helping them with their own American dream through personalized lending solutions. Carese has extensive experience in investing, managing, and rehabbing rental properties and shares plentiful and timely financial and mortgage related content through her YouTube channel, podcast, and social media. Carese was born and raised in Seattle and was locally educated. She holds a BA from Western Washington University in finance and economics and an MBA from Seattle Pacific University.
